We aim to deliver your chocolates in perfect condition and as quickly as possible.
We take great care in packaging and labelling them so they arrive as they should and without delay. If the intended recipient is not at home, our carrier may leave a note and attempt to leave the order with a neighbour if the neighbour is happy to do so.
Delivery of Online Purchases
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12 noon are normally dispatched the same day. For only £1 more, the UK Next Working Day service is highly recommended.

Delays are rare, but the first place to call is your local post office to see if they have been keeping your parcel for you. Royal Mail cannot investigate missing items until 3 weeks have lapsed. Only UK Next Day service is guaranteed and traceable, and for just £1 more it is highly recommended. If you require exceptional service times, please call us and we will do our best to assist you.
"Remote Areas" - some UK postcodes may not be able to receive the Next Day service - AB 31-38, 41-45, 51-56, BT, FK 19-21, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA 27-28, KW, PA 20-35, 37-78, PH 19-44, TR, ZE. Please call us if you wish to check, although the First Class service may well still deliver next day to the area albeit without guarantee.

Of course we cannot guarantee any service disrupted by severe weather, but we give any such delivery our personal attention - please call us to check any particular situation.

UK First Class - order by noon 21st December, although not recommended. UK Next Day TRACKED is recommended in December
UK Next Day TRACKED - order by noon 22nd December
Europe or Worldwide - dispatch by 14th or 7th December
Please order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. All products dispatched from October onwards will keep until Christmas, except for pralines and truffles (included in Selection Boxes) which you should request to be dispatched after 20th November. Insert your preferred latest date for dispatch (not delivery) in the "Comments" area when checking out.
