We aim to deliver your chocolates in perfect condition and as quickly as possible.
We take great care in packaging and labelling them so they arrive as they should and without delay. If the intended recipient is not at home, our carrier may leave a note and attempt to leave the order with a neighbour if the neighbour is happy to do so.
Delivery of Online Purchases
Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Orders placed before 12 noon are normally dispatched the same day.

UK First Class/Next Day - dispatch by 21st/23rd December
Europe/Worldwide - dispatch by 11th/4th December
Please order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. All products dispatched from October onwards will keep until Christmas, except for pralines and truffles which should not be dispatched until 17 November onwards. Insert your preferred latest date for dispatch (not delivery) in the Comments area when checking out.
