In the past few weeks, they have achieved 5 Gold Stars in the Great Taste Awards with the unique un-enrobed Cocoa Dusted Velvet Truffle, the deliciously rich Dark Velvet Truffle and the absolutely exquisite, number one seller in the range, fresh Raspberry with a hint of Black Pepper. All of these fabulous truffles are created using the single origin cocoa from Sao Tome mixed with the sweetness of Scottish cream.
The Great Taste Awards are organised by The Guild of Fine Foods and are acknowledged as the benchmark for speciality food and drink. The judges were very impressed with the texture, taste and presentation of this unique truffle and said, “Stunning colour, melt-in-the-mouth texture that is creamy but not cloying, perfect amount of bitterness, beautifully made and just the right size, very attractive and a wonderful taste”.
