Iain Burnett Highland Chocolatier gifts demonstrate exquisite hand-crafted quality and thoughtful choice and we can make it as personal as you wish.   We can include a message, a compliments card, greetings card or your own corporate material.  Corporate clients frequently choose to align themselves with Iain Burnett Highland Chocolatier brand by using our elegant handmade packaging, which for large orders can be bespoke.  Chocolates can be decorated to bear your own business logo or family crest.

All of the boxes can be delivered to your address, or we offer the facility to call off fresh boxes to individual addresses as needed.

Iain Burnett enjoys working with discerning chefs to develop chocolate desserts and signature petits fours in bespoke flavours.   His client base includes three Michelin Star chefs, Five Star hotels, airline First Class cabins, discerning department stores and some of the world's greatest distillers.  Most recently Iain's Velvet Truffles were judged the Best Dark and Best White Truffle in the World at the International Chocolate Awards by chefs, sommeliers and food critics from 40 countries. Having previously received Gold, Silver and Bronze from the international Academy of Chocolate awards, Iain was nominated for the Spirit of Scotland award for his contribution to the nation's culinary arts, and his enrobed and unenrobed Velvet Truffle®  ranges have won a string of awards including multiple Great Taste Award Gold Stars and even Scotland Food and Drink Excellence Foodservice Product of the Year.  There are good reasons for choosing Iain Burnett, but don’t take our word for it.  Personal tastings can be arranged.  Please contact us.

Iain Burnett’s signature is the award-winning Velvet Truffle which receives much acclaim from chefs.  The recipe of intense single origin cocoa and fresh Scottish cream can be infused with spices or tangy crushed fruit.  These exquisite truffles have such an exceptional texture that they may be served as a pure ganache petit four simply dusted with red cocoa or in a host of other finishes.

His Velvet Truffles and Velvet Pralines can be presented as thinly enrobed chocolates decorated with beautiful designs, corporate logos, crests or initials.  Rough cut pralines such as the Cocoa Nib or Orange Crunch offer a contrasting combination of textures.  Bespoke flavours, textures and finishes are available on request.

As a ganache specialist, Iain can provide pastry chefs with Velvet Truffles in a myriad of flavours, textures, sizes and finishes, or ultra-fine slabs of truffle to create their own desserts.  He also offers the finest candied fruit dressed in single origin dark chocolate – juicy clementines, cherries with natural stalks, orange and pineapple slices.  The options are endless. Hospitality and Events
