The impact of the pandemic and Brexit on couriers and address restrictions may mean we ship early to be safe or your order may take a few extra days. We are largely managing normal delivery times but please contact us if you need any help.

You must accept the risk of delay if requesting a delivery to an area, or by a courier depot with restrictions affecting couriers such as due to coronavirus. You can check the latest updates at FedEx or Royal Mail.

We aim to deliver your chocolates in perfect condition, as quickly as possible. Iain's team in the kitchen take great care with packaging to protect the contents. You can choose to deliver gifts to a different address from your own. This, along with your personalised message and delivery instructions, should be included when checking out.  We dispatch Monday to Friday and cut off for same day dispatch is 12 midday in the UK.  Most services will require a signature on delivery unless you request special arrangements with your delivering depot.

Delivery outside the UK is by airmail or express courier.  Due to variations in service outside the UK, we cannot guarantee international orders will be delivered within a certain number of days. Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery days may be Monday to Saturday, country dependant.  Please contact us for clarification.

Advance Orders
You can request your ideal advance delivery date when checking out. An extra week is strongly advised at busy times such as Christmas and during adverse weather conditions.

Perishable Items
Please consider carefully when requesting deliveries in warm weather (over 20C) as we cannot accept responsibility for heat damage after dispatch – contact us for advice and if you would like to pay for an ice-pack.  Note that usually someone will need to be at the address to receive the delivery safely without delay.

Orders for Christmas
So that our fresh chocolates arrive in the best condition, we recommend you pre-order for a delivery date close to Christmas, but at least a week before to avoid issues due to weather or busy couriers. Truffles and pralines with Christmas dates can be delivered from the 22nd November onwards, although bars, satchels, dipped fruit and florentines may be delivered a month earlier if needed. Ensure you tick the "This is for Christmas" box and state your preferred delivery date in Special Instructions.  We may deliver a few days earlier to avoid weather and courier delays unless you specify not to.
