This Easter Egg has been hand made in Iain Burnett Highland Chocolatier single-origin Sao Tome 70% dark chocolate and encrusted with pieces of Chinese Ginger. It is presented along with 6 Belgian Praline eggs in a bag and hand tied with ribbon. 340g.
All our chocolates are alcohol free. This product is suitable for vegetarian diets.
Ingredients: sugar, hazelnuts, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, candied ginger (2%) [ginger, sugar water], milk fat, rice flour, salt, milk whey powder spices, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural flavourings. Dark chocolate min. 70% cocoa, milk chocolate min. solids 30% cocoa/20% milk, white min. 22% milk.
Ginger is preserved using sulphur dioxide.
