Tea & Chocolate Pairings
Iain Burnett Highland Chocolatier chocolates contain no alcohol or preservatives. The Gourmet chocolates have been expertly matched with the following teas from the Wee Tea Company.
In each case the tea should be brewed for 3 minutes only, the vapours breathed in through the nose with slightly open mouth, then the chocolate tasted, allowed to warm on the palate and begin to dissipate, before returning to the tea and taking the first sip.
