A curated collection of Iain Burnett's award winning Velvet Truffles, made with fresh local cream, crushed fruit and natural spices. Each piece has been "enrobed" or delicately covered in a paper thin layer of either Iain's signature São Tomé single origin dark chocolate, or caramel-noted couverture milk chocolate before being decorated with a colourful cocoa-butter design.

My relative loved them

I buy really great chocolates for an older relative every month from artisan small batch producers, we are going on a chocolate exploration to give her a regular treat from a different maker each time. She really loved these truffles, she loved the beautiful box, the decoration on the chocolates and the fillings were in her words "completely scupmtious". Life Changing

Was gifted a box for Christmas from a friend. These are exquisite and should be hidden and savored with a good wine on special occasions. Now to see if they will ship to the USA or if I have to fly over with an empty suitcase to get my fill. Better than any other Belgian, French or Italian chocolates I’ve had.
