Delivery

We aim to deliver your chocolates in perfect condition, as quickly as possible.  Iain's team in the kitchen take great care with packaging to protect the contents.  You can choose to deliver gifts to a different address from your own.  Include your personalised message and delivery instructions when checking out.  We dispatch Monday to Friday and the cut off for same day dispatch is 12 noon in the UK. 

Depending on the current state of couriers we may ship early to be safe or your order may take a few extra days.  In December we may deliver much earlier than your preferred date to secure a pre-Christmas delivery for you and safeguard against weather, courier or capacity issues.  Please contact us if you need any help.  You accept the risk of delay if requesting a delivery to an area with delivery restrictions. Addresses in UK

Delivery is 1-2 working days, Monday to Friday, occasionally Saturdays.  Date is not guaranteed but usually next day.

Addresses Outside UK

Delivery outside the UK is by express courier so it is as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery within a certain number of days or on a particular day.  Orders can be dispatched within 2 working days but we may hold to dispatch on a Monday during warmer weather to avoid weekend delays.  The recipient is responsible for any customs clearance or fees.

We are unable to ship to Spain. 

Advance Orders

You can request your ideal advance delivery date when checking out. An extra week is advised at busy times such as Christmas and during adverse weather conditions.

Perishable Items

Please consider carefully when requesting deliveries in warm weather (over 20C) as we cannot accept responsibility for heat damage after dispatch – contact us for advice and if you would like to pay for an ice-pack.  We recommend that someone is at the address to receive the delivery to avoid delay or it being left in a warm place.  For storage advice see our FAQs.

Orders for Christmas

So that our fresh chocolates arrive in the best condition, we recommend you pre-order for a delivery date close to Christmas, but at least a week before to avoid issues due to weather or busy couriers. Truffles and pralines with Christmas dates can be delivered from the 20th November onwards, although bars, satchels, dipped fruit and florentines may be delivered a month earlier if needed. Ensure you tick the "This is for Christmas" box and state your preferred delivery date.  In December we may deliver much earlier than your preferred date to secure a pre-Christmas delivery for you and safeguard against weather, courier or capacity issues, unless you specify not to. 

Courier and Bank Holidays

We will not be able to deliver 25-28 December or 1-4 January.
