Iain Burnett's best selling selection, this popular box offers a wide range of different Velvet Truffles and Spiced Pralines. Each piece has been "enrobed" or delicately covered in a paper thin layer of either Iain's signature single-origin dark couverture chocolate from São Tomé, or a gourmet-grade caramel-noted milk chocolate before being decorated with a colourful cocoa-butter design. 195g.

Ingredients: sugar, cocoa mass, cream, cocoa butter, butter, hazelnuts, strawberry, raspberry, lime, blackcurrant, passionfruit, whole & skimmed milk powders, milk whey powder, invert sugar, molasses, glucose syrup, fully, salt, emulsifier: soya lecithin, spices, cocoa nibs, tea, coffee, honey, liquorice, flavourings, colours E100/101/102/104/ 110/120/124/129/132/133/142/171/172.
Dark chocolate contains minimum solids 70% cocoa, milk chocolate min. 35% cocoa/14% milk solids, white chocolate min. 27% milk solids. Store sealed below 18C
All of Iain's chocolates are alcohol free and suitable for vegetarians. Made only with natural, fresh ingredients, there are no artificial flavours, additives or preservatives.
